
Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with at least 2 years of experience in IT services sales. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Upwork and LinkedIn lead generation, client communication, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other online channels.
- Manage Upwork profile: bidding, proposal writing, client follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with international clients.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams (React Native, , Python, Digital Marketing, etc.) to create tailored solutions for client needs.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and prepare reports on business development progress.
- Represent the company in professional networking platforms like LinkedIn to build brand presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive/Manager in IT services.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork and LinkedIn lead generation.
- Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
- Good understanding of IT services like Web Development, Mobile Apps (React Native), , Python, and Digital Marketing.
