About the Role:
- Our organization seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our recruitment and staffing services.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with clients, and driving growth through effective sales strategies.
- This is a challenging role that requires a deep understanding of the recruitment process, including permanent, contract, and consulting models (C2H).
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- A strong networker with existing corporate connections is highly desirable.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, recruitment, staffing, or talent solutions.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently, target-driven, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
