Procurement Specialist

The Procurement Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting transactional opportunities of limited complexity by collaborating with internal teams to produce bid drafts and full submissions. They utilise standard templates and content that articulate the value and benefits of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate bids in a fast-paced environment, working closely with sales and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide timely, professional, and customer-centric responses using various tools.
  • Prepare and compile response documents, ensuring accuracy, readability, and completeness.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and ensure timely submission of responses.
  • Maintain a central repository of bid documents and related materials.
  • Perform draft reviews and edit documents for formatting, clarity, compliance, and alignment.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of procurement experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English language is a must, and secondary regional language fluency helpful.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
