Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to assume the role of Bid Document Coordinator.

  • Bid Document Preparation: You will create and submit high-quality Technical & Commercial Bid documents to clients and government bodies.
  • Tender Coordination: You will coordinate tender documentation, pre-bid amendments, and compliance reviews to ensure seamless execution.
  • Vendor Liaison: You will effectively liaise with vendors, clients, and government bodies to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues.
  • Payment Tracking: You will track and follow up on pending payments and recover outstanding dues to maintain cash flow.
  • Process Improvement: You will identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline workflows and reduce bid turnaround time.
  • Compliance: You will ensure 100% compliance in all bid submissions, adhering to client and government requirements.

Required Skills:

We are looking for a candidate with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. You should have experience in bid document preparation, tender coordination, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting and executing Technical & Commercial Bid documents as per specifications, coordinating tender documentation, and ensuring compliance with client and government requirements.
