Overview of Job Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and updating construction documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. The successful applicant will also maintain and update construction budget details, place inspection orders with field inspectors, assign these orders to nearby inspectors, and track their acceptance and scheduling within a specified timeframe.

Effective communication is essential in this role. You will communicate effectively with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors via calls and emails to obtain missing or required documentation. Additionally, you will coordinate with stakeholders through email and phone communication to ensure order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities include scheduling and managing site inspections with field inspectors across the United States, following up to expedite order completion. Furthermore, you will notify clients about order status updates via emails and chat messages to ensure transparency and efficiency.

  • Graduate degree required.
  • Excellent attention to detail in reviewing documentation and identifying gaps.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and inspectors.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have experience in US mortgage documents review process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is highly desirable. Additionally, experience working with construction software and familiarity with industry-specific terminology are considered advantages.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary due to frequent travel requirements.
