We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead the design, planning, and construction of breakwaters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective breakwater systems to protect port infrastructure.
- Oversee port expansion projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Apply expertise in hydrodynamics, coastal erosion, and sediment transport to optimize breakwater and shoreline protection systems.
- Collaborate with government bodies, environmental agencies, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines to minimize environmental impact during construction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in breakwater construction, port development, or coastal engineering projects.
- Expertise in designing and implementing breakwater systems, including knowledge of materials, hydrodynamics, and coastal processes.
- Able to manage large teams and collaborate across departments to meet project goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills in challenging coastal environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
