Quantity Surveyor

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing costs associated with construction projects, working closely with project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

  • The Quantity Surveyor will study project scope in-line with design requirements, validate technical specifications, and optimize specifications without deviating from client requirements.
  • The Quantity Surveyor will present BOQs and solutions to management for approval, checking RA bills and final bills, preparing amendments, and validating budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrices.
  • The Quantity Surveyor will explore new products, propose optimization options in budgets, and complete budget requirements within given TAT without delays.

Responsibilities include preparation of different reports on cost analysis of projects as per management requirements.

Key skills required for this role include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detailed understanding of systems and construction processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in relevant software, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
