Job Title: Interior Construction Project Manager

Overview:

A successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing high-end interior works on various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality developments, focusing on quality, precision, and timelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Monitor the execution of civil works such as RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and structural elements.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain site records including work progress reports, material consumption, and quality inspections.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications.
  • Implement high-end finishes and luxury standards in civil construction.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and ensure milestones are achieved within cost and time constraints.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil).
  • [2–5] years of relevant experience in Interior execution, preferably for luxury/high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Interior construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
  • Proficient in site measurements, estimation, and resource management.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, or similar tools.
