Project Overview:

A seasoned construction professional is sought after to lead various aspects of commercial projects, overseeing teams and ensuring sites are secure and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise construction project segments, managing crew members effectively and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Prepare thorough cost assessments, ensure necessary materials and tools are available, and provide technical guidance for project enhancement.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors, approve engineering plans and drawings, and develop work schedules.
  • Gather relevant data, compile comprehensive reports, deliver presentations, delegate tasks, and schedule meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Conduct quality control checks and provide constructive feedback to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Substantial experience in Interiors, particularly in Commercial spaces.
  • A valid driver's license and experience in a comparable role.
  • Possibility of additional certifications or licenses being required.
  • Solid knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design principles.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
