Project Manager - Interior Solutions

This role involves overseeing the on-site execution of interior projects, from planning to completion. Ensuring timely and quality delivery is a top priority, aligning with design specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations.
  • Liaising with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Reviews and interprets design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks.
  • Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitors project timelines, tracks progress, and addresses on-site challenges as they arise.
  • Prepares site progress reports and assists in procurement and material management.
  • Provides proactive problem-solving to overcome project execution hurdles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 1–4 years' experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes.
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills.
