Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing high-value or GCC-related assignments and possess excellent leadership skills.

About the Role

This position involves interpreting design drawings, BOQs, aligning procurement, managing site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover. You will also prepare and control project plans, maintain governance via change control and risk logs, and coordinate internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret design drawings, BOQs, and align procurement to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover to meet quality standards.
  • Prepare and control project plans—schedule, budget, resources; maintain governance via change control and risk logs.
  • Coordinate internal/external stakeholders—including clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
  • 8–15 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects, including high-value or GCC-related assignments.
  • Hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
