Job Title: Creative Interior Design Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Project Manager to lead our interior design projects from start to finish. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the highest point of escalation for regional issues, owning the customer experience from project booking to handover.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently, utilizing strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Manage and empower a high-performing team by hiring top talent and adhering to defined processes and standards.
  • Maintain Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker resolution of customer escalations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prioritize candidates with NIT/BITS/IIT or MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools, emphasizing a strong understanding of interior design and project management principles.
  • Require 7-12 years of work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and a structured thought process.
  • Show ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments and manage strategic alliances/business partnerships effectively.
