Senior Leadership – Concept Design (Interior Design)

The Senior Leadership – Concept Design (Interior Design) is responsible for overseeing and guiding the design team in the planning, execution, and delivery of interior design projects. This role involves conceptualizing innovative design ideas, collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, managing budgets and timelines effectively, and ensuring that all projects meet both aesthetic and functional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management:

Fostering a collaborative and creative environment within the team, providing guidance and feedback, and leading by example.

  • Client Collaboration:

Developing comprehensive design proposals that meet client needs, presenting design concepts, and delivering high-quality results on time.

  • Project Management:

Overseeing every stage of the design process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring timely delivery of design milestones, and maintaining effective project timelines and budgets.

  • Design Development:

Conceptualizing and refining design ideas, creating detailed design plans, selecting materials and furnishings wisely, and delivering practical, aesthetically pleasing, and budget-friendly solutions.

  • Coordination and Collaboration:

Working harmoniously with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements with project objectives.

  • Design Expertise:

Demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color theory, and materials selection.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field.
  • At least 20 years of experience in architecture or design, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership position.
