Job Title: Coastal Infrastructure Project ManagerWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled project manager to oversee the construction of coastal infrastructure projects, including breakwaters, bunds, and groyne works.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and at least 15 years of experience in a similar position, with expertise in developing resource plans and work methods to meet project schedules and requirements.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction, erection, and testing activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met within budget and time constraints.
  • The chosen individual will also be responsible for implementing quality control measures, maintaining documentation, optimizing resource utilization for improved productivity, and training site personnel on quality and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement effective resource plans and work methods to ensure the successful delivery of coastal infrastructure projects.
  • To oversee the construction, erection, and testing activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • To identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the project.
  • To optimize resource utilization for improved productivity and efficiency.
  • To train and develop site personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their roles effectively.
About You:
  • You will have a degree in civil engineering or a related field and at least 15 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You will have expertise in developing resource plans and work methods to meet project schedules and requirements.
  • You will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • You will have a strong understanding of quality and safety procedures, with the ability to implement and maintain them effectively.
