About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Sales Associate to join our team at AlliedChemicals India Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for developing a customer sales pipeline, building new customer relationships, and growing the business through new product and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a customer sales pipeline and build new customer relationships
  • Work with existing customers to grow the business and find new avenues for new product and business development
  • Visit customers to learn about their ingredient needs and offer products from our large product portfolio
  • Conduct market research and build networks to find new customer opportunities
  • Follow customer requests for sampling and new project development
  • Represent the company in business fairs, conferences, and tradeshows
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Technology
  • Motivated individual with past sales experience in B2B segment
  • 2 years of experience in sales in chemicals, B2B products, fragrances, flavors, etc.
  • Past sales experience in fragrance, flavors, cosmetics, chemicals industry is preferable
  • Customer-centric attitude and positive spirit
  • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment autonomously
  • Well-rounded computer and CRM software knowledge
  • Regular travel pan-India to meet with key customers
  • Knowledge/interest in fragrances, chemicals, flavors
  • Big ideas and persistent curiosity
