
HR Business Partner

As a seasoned HR Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire human resources function at our plant ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Your strong knowledge of industrial relations union negotiations and conflict resolution will be invaluable in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in HR with hands-on experience in plant-level HRBP activities and ability to handle large workforces. Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
