Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Titan Jet Care Service Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring a positive welcome for our guests.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests, directing them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary stationery and materials are available.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to visitors and staff.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Ensure office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Order front office supplies and maintain an inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and schedules, arranging meetings and travel as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of office expenses and costs.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties, such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment, such as fax machines and printers.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in resolving issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
