About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic customer experience team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving problems and guiding others. You will be responsible for connecting with customers, resolving their queries, and offering tailored solutions to ensure a smooth and positive journey with our products and services.
Your day-to-day will involve working closely with our team to analyze and report product issues, as well as updating our internal systems with insights from technical issues and valuable customer conversations.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Provide top-notch support to every customer, ensuring that their queries are met with quality responses following our SOPs to keep interactions smooth and efficient.
- Customer Advocacy: Tune in to what our customers really need and guide them through using specific features that make a difference.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and report product issues by exploring different scenarios or stepping into the customer's shoes.
- Knowledge Management: Keep our knowledge base sharp by regularly updating it with insights from technical issues and valuable customer conversations.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Share feature requests and clever workarounds with the team to keep our product evolving.
- Communication: Inform customers about the latest features and functionalities as soon as they're available.
- Resolution: Ensure that all customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Feedback Collection: Collect feedback directly from customers and share these insights with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive innovation and improvement.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Be versatile and able to handle multiple channels such as calls, chats, and emails.
- Have a customer-centric approach and be fluent in English and Hindi.
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
