Job Description

As a Retail Sales Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. Your key objective will be to create a seamless shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they leave the store satisfied with their purchases.

Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome in the store. Engage with them to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored recommendations to meet those needs.

Display products in an attractive and appealing manner, highlighting their features and benefits. Encourage customers to explore our range of products and services, and provide expert advice on the best options for them.

Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Provide customers with product information, pricing details, and any other relevant data. Demonstrate products and explain their features, operation, and maintenance requirements.

Assist customers with wrapping and bagging their purchases, ensuring they receive their items securely and neatly. Acquire customer details and create a record of their purchase history.

Keep up-to-date records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions. Report any issues or concerns to your supervisor, maintaining open communication channels throughout the day.

Participate in visual merchandising efforts, creating visually appealing displays that showcase our products and attract customers' attention. Stay informed about new products, promotions, and initiatives, applying this knowledge to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
