We are seeking a customer-focused and driven professional to support our retail outlet's daily operations as an Assistant Retail Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • CUSTOMER & SALES MANAGEMENT
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, driving store sales and retention.
    • Assist in handling customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently.
    • Support the Store Manager in achieving monthly sales targets through effective strategies.
  • INVENTORY & OPERATIONS
    • Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and timely ordering processes for efficient inventory management.
    • Ensure proper inventory control, minimizing shrinkage through regular monitoring.
    • Coordinate logistics for smooth home delivery orders, maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • VISUAL MERCHANDISING
    • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, enhancing the customer experience through attractive displays.
    • Update promotional displays, signage, and in-store layouts regularly to create a compelling shopping environment.
  • SERVICE MANAGEMENT (Spa & Grooming)
    • Assist in managing spa and grooming appointments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Coordinate staff scheduling and train new employees on providing quality pet spa services.
    • Maintain customer satisfaction by following up on their experiences and addressing any concerns.
  • TEAM SUPPORT
    • Supervise floor staff, assigning daily responsibilities to optimize productivity.
    • Support training initiatives, equipping new employees with essential customer handling and store SOPs knowledge.
    • Enforce discipline, hygiene, and operational standards within the store, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
    Requirements
    • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in retail operations or store management is required.
    • Strong customer service and sales orientation skills are essential.
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail processes is necessary.
    • The ability to multitask and manage both store floor and service operations effectively is critical.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
    Good to Have
    • Prior experience in pet retail, spa, grooming, or lifestyle retail sectors would be advantageous.
    • Familiarity with POS systems and CRM tools can be beneficial.
