
Conflict Resolution Specialist

We're seeking a proactive and empathetic conflict resolution specialist to handle employee and stakeholder concerns with professionalism, discretion, and care.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for conflict management, playing a key part in maintaining a transparent, compliant, and supportive work environment.
- Receive, log, and manage all formal complaints and conflicts
- Conduct impartial investigations through interviews, data collection, and documentation
- Mediate between parties to reach fair and timely resolutions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws
- Advise employees and management on conflict handling procedures
- Identify recurring patterns and suggest process or policy improvements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in conflict resolution, employee relations, or a similar role
- Strong negotiation and investigative skills
- Ability to stay objective and unbiased in sensitive situations
- High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
