Job Title: Customer Support Representative
We are seeking an experienced and proactive customer support professional to handle customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and social media platforms
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Maintain accurate customer records using Excel and internal tools for efficient issue tracking
- Ensure timely follow-ups and status updates to customers for transparency
- Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, sales) for quick resolutions and seamless communication
- Monitor complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently to identify areas for improvement
- Suggest process enhancements for a better customer service experience and improved efficiency
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review and analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer support or service roles
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, filters, reports) for data-driven decision making
- Strong follow-up and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Requirements:
Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or apparel industries is beneficial but not mandatory
