Job Title: Senior Crisis Resolution Specialist

As a Senior Crisis Resolution Specialist, you will serve as the vital link between our Support, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate seamless communication, ensuring that production issues in our application are efficiently investigated and resolved.

We seek an individual with exceptional product quality passion, profound customer empathy, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. You will be responsible for investigating production issues raised by customers, Support, and Engineering teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Creating and tracking problem tickets in Jira.
  • Preparing incident analysis reports in collaboration with the Engineering team.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • At least 8 years of experience in IT (SRE, sysadmin, developer, QA, technical support, or similar).
  • A university degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Basic understanding of systems architecture of cloud-hosted applications.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Project management and documentation skills using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure components.
  • Experience with REST APIs and tools like Postman.
  • Experience with application logging/monitoring tools like Kibana and Datadog.
  • Experience with SQL, Linux, and Network environments.
  • Ability to learn new technical skills.
