We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee and manage the operations of a spirits manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all plant operations are running smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high levels of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all plant operations, including production, engineering, quality assurance, safety and environment, logistics, procurement, and finance.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to meet annual business objectives, drive production and sales targets, and optimize resource utilization across departments.
  • Process Optimization: Enhance productivity and operational efficiency by implementing process improvements and establishing SOPs for safety, quality, and security.
  • Quality & Maintenance: Maintain in-process quality control and ensure continuous process improvements by overseeing preventive maintenance and identifying performance bottlenecks.
  • Vendor & Compliance Management: Identify and develop vendors, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Projects & Capex: Lead new capital expenditure projects and expansion initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership & HR: Build and lead high-performing teams aligned with company goals, manage industrial relations, labor issues, recruitment, orientation, and training.
  • Government Liaison: Maintain smooth relations with government departments and facilitate all necessary liaisoning for seamless plant operations.
