Job Title: Client Solutions Specialist

About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in sales, marketing, or product development to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing and maintaining CRM systems, with a proven track record of delivering results-oriented projects.

  • Experience working in sales and marketing or product development is essential for this role.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and maintaining our CRM system, ensuring data integrity, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • They will also manage projects, create milestones, and ensure timely completion of tasks, providing technical support to internal stakeholders and conducting training sessions for sales teams.
  • In addition, they will identify business opportunities based on sales team feedback and research, collaborate with the sales team to understand business issues, and own test and learn timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience working with a range of tools and packages to interrogate data and build reports is required.
  • Developing workflow and functional use cases, as well as application integration experience, are highly desirable.
  • SAP SD experience is an added advantage.
