As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our financial solutions to clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Perform routine work as per client requests, validate application and system health after maintenance or on an ad-hoc basis to meet client expectations for system availability
  • Incident Management: Respond to, investigate, and resolve issues involving production applications and services using documented procedures and solutions, escalating and engaging other support groups as needed
  • Problem Solving: Take a methodical approach to identify underlying problems and make recommendations for resolution
  • Case Management: Prioritize tickets, regularly update and communicate as needed to resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Experience: Experience with Microsoft Office applications, ability to work under pressure, detail-oriented with ability to execute complex technical procedures
  • Skills: Good understanding of ITIL framework and service delivery, proven customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work independently
  • Education: Qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science is desirable
