Sr Associate, Client Support Specialist

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as primary contact for clients and internal teams.
  • Takes projects from original concept through final implementation working with resources and customers.
  • Provide continuous project feedback and updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans and related task lists as necessary.
  • Work with clients to determine parameter settings and key parameters into proprietary databases.
  • Manage multiple implementation tasks with other groups to ensure project completion in accordance with client requirements.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and manage expectations regarding live dates and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and procedures throughout the project relating to new product feature functionality.
  • Provide occasional after hour support of client implementations.
  • Work with project managers and teams to ensure internal project audit points are managed and tracked.
