Job Title: Critical Client Onboarding Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery in line with regulatory requirements.

  • This specialist will oversee the entire client onboarding process, from initial contact to account opening, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately captured and processed.
  • They will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure compliance and minimize disruptions.
  • In addition, this specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, as well as implementing process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in corporate settings with excellent communication and system knowledge.
