Debt Recovery Specialist

As a Debt Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and following up on overdue accounts to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. This involves contacting clients through various means, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits, to discuss and resolve payment issues.

You will negotiate payment terms and settlement plans in accordance with company policies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and collection activities. Collaboration with the finance team is essential to reconcile account discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.

Regular reports on collection performance and outstanding accounts are prepared and presented to stakeholders, showcasing your ability to stay updated on industry practices, debt collection regulations, and customer interaction protocols.

Compliance with internal collection procedures and external regulatory requirements is paramount to ensure seamless operations.
