Urgent Debt Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an urgent debt recovery specialist. This role involves working closely with customers to resolve outstanding accounts and recover debts in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers to discuss outstanding accounts and negotiate payment plans
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless processing of payments
  • Work closely with the debt recovery team to identify and address any issues or concerns

Requirements:

  • High School Certificate (HSC) or Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or debt recovery
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
