Job Title: Debt Recovery Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Debt Recovery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debt recovery operations through third-party agencies, ensuring timely follow-up with defaulters, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Debt Recovery Management: Handle and monitor third-party collection agencies for effective recovery of dues within specified timelines.
  • Timely Follow-Up: Ensure prompt follow-up with defaulters to reduce outstanding dues and maintain efficient cash flow.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and track TPA performance, maintaining regular MIS reports to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with legal and compliance teams on escalated recovery cases, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of communications and settlements, ensuring transparent documentation practices.
