Debt Recovery Specialist

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and communication skills to supervise accounts, develop repayment plans, and implement effective debt collection techniques.

About the Role
  • Account Supervision: We are looking for someone who can closely monitor member accounts with overdue payments, identify unresolved debts, and review account histories to ensure timely intervention.
  • Repayment Plan Development: The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement effective repayment plans tailored to each member's financial situation, ensuring clear, achievable, and agreed-upon repayment terms.
  • Regular Follow-Up on Overdue Accounts: Our team needs someone who can proactively follow up with members who have overdue payments, ensuring consistent communication and reminding them of their obligations.
  • Monthly Payment Monitoring: We require someone who can oversee the timely and accurate processing of all monthly payments from OD members, keeping track of payments due and addressing any discrepancies in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Effective Collection Techniques: This role involves researching and implementing effective debt collection techniques and best practices that comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Member Queries: The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to all member account queries promptly and professionally, addressing concerns regarding balances, payment schedules, or disputes.
  • Target Orientation: A key aspect of this role is maintaining a target-oriented approach by consistently meeting or exceeding debt recovery goals, requiring strong time management skills, tracking individual and team performance, and reporting on progress toward meeting collection targets.
