We are looking for an experienced Professional to manage business relationships within the Mutual Funds sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BFSI and be able to build lasting connections with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Building:
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide personalized investment solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client requirements and offer tailored advice on mutual fund investments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently by selling mutual fund products.
  • Market Knowledge & Collaboration:
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to remain competitive and compliant.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of trades and settlement processes.

Job Requirements

  • Experience & Knowledge:
  • Proven experience in relationship management within BFSI, preferably in mutual funds sales or wealth management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, including mutual funds, equity, fixed income, and derivatives.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
