At our company, we are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Staffing Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster and grow existing client relationships within the Technology and IT staffing sector.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach and sales strategies.
- Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, with a focus on strategic management or entrepreneurship.
- 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas, with a strong understanding of sales principles and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
