Job Title: Manager of Workforce Optimization

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling to ensure optimal staffing levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in WFM tools and MS Excel (advanced level preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
