Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced senior professional to drive business decisions through strategic workforce planning and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop systematic links between full-time equivalent, compensation costs, and workforce movements.
  • Analyze enterprise-wide people data, communicating findings to senior management via formal presentations and reports.
  • Design and build workforce-related reporting, analytics, and forecasting models using HR databases and systems.
  • Lead the interpretation of HR data, identifying significant differences, relationships, and trends, and reporting results in graphs, charts, and tables.

Candidate Profile:

  • Hands-on experience with HR databases and systems, designing and building workforce-related reporting, analytics, and forecasting models.
  • Experience in an analytics environment, including MI and reporting, preferably within HR.
  • Proficient in developing, owning, and optimizing statistical models, forecasting plans, and HR reports to drive meaningful business outcomes.

Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR databases and systems.
