Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data analyst to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a data analyst to play a critical role in the processing of transactions, events, or data within a functional team.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in technical areas, particularly reconciliations, and excellent communication skills, fluency in English and local language (written/verbal).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure timely, complete, and accurate processing of transactions, including performing relevant controls, within their area of responsibility.
  2. Apply all internal and external policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to agreed SLAs, KRIs, and KPIs while maintaining high-quality measures.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with front office clients to provide a point of contact for time-critical, complex, or regulated tasks.
  4. Provide input to product/function development to ensure a superior offering in response to changing client needs and market trends.
  5. Evaluate operational, regulatory, and other risks, escalating them to line managers and functional leads as needed, and contribute to mitigation or control solution development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in technical areas, particularly reconciliations.
  • Product and system knowledge in the respective product line.
  • Basic analytical skills and flexibility in production problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and local language (written/verbal).
  • Ability to work in virtual teams and matrix organizations.
