Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong experience in Alteryx to join our data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data to drive informed decision-making. You will work with cross-functional teams to automate workflows, develop dashboards, and uncover insights that support strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain data workflows using Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Cleanse, transform, and integrate data from various sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel, APIs).
  • Develop and automate recurring reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Monitor data quality and perform root cause analysis of data issues.
  • Document processes, workflows, and data dictionaries.
  • Continuously improve and optimize data processes for efficiency and scalability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
  • Proven expertise in Alteryx Designer; Alteryx certification is a plus.
  • Strong experience in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
