Location: Pan India

Notice period: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality
  • Design maintain and execute detailed test cases scripts and validation checks aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Conduct data validation reconciliation and analysis across multiple systems and sources
  • Use SQL Python and Excel advanced to perform data extraction transformation validation and reporting
  • Collaborate with business analysts developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
  • Document track and manage defects using JIRA ensuring timely resolution
  • Continuously improve testing processes frameworks and automation opportunities
  • Support test planning strategy and execution within Agile Waterfall environments

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in regression testing with strong defect identification and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Python and advanced Excel for data validation and analysis
  • Experience working with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC testing methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting
  • Exposure to performance load testing
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
