Job Title: Data Analyst / Data Scientist

Experience :4-7 Years

Responsibilities

  • Identify, acquire, and integrate structured & unstructured data from diverse sources.
  • Automate data collection, preprocessing, and cleaning processes for accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable business insights.
  • Design and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses.
  • Develop and optimize databases, data pipelines, and analytics strategies for efficiency and scalability.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to implement data-driven solutions.
  • Define new opportunities for process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
  • Deploy and monitor analytical models in production, ensuring continuous optimization.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role (4–7+ years preferred).
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Python, R (knowledge of Java/Scala/C++ is a plus).
  • Proficiency in data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects).
  • Familiarity with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, etc.) and ETL processes.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, mathematics, and operations research.
  • Skilled in data modeling, database design, and segmentation techniques.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving aptitude and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
