We are seeking an experienced Strategic Workforce Manager to oversee and enhance our large-scale blue-collar workforce.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workforce operations, including attendance, attrition, and employee engagement. This is a key role in driving business results through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage workforce operations, including attendance and leave management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention and engagement
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders on workforce trends and metrics
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in blue-collar manpower management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
