McDonald's Global Workforce Solutions Team is responsible for managing the company's contingent workforce program.

About this role:

This manager will oversee the development of reporting dashboards, data sets, and process documentation across the contingent workforce program.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Develop and execute vendor QBR reporting processes.
  • Ensure internal GWS processes are defined, streamlined, and documented.
  • Execute internal audit activities, including data validation and monthly access reviews.
  • Serve as Audit liaison with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Contingent Workforce Programs or Managed Service Providers.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills, proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
  • Process-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
