We are seeking a seasoned business professional to drive the growth of our organization through strategic client engagement and sales pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales strategies and engage targets to build awareness, identify opportunities, and deliver revenue goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on customized staffing solutions and consultative sales approaches.
  • Research and effectively present company services to new clients, utilizing in-person meetings and presentations to secure job orders and inquiries.
  • Penetrate new business through targeted outreach, leveraging telephone calls, emails, meetings, and networking events to generate new business.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and market conditions, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business results.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in staffing, corporate recruiting, or professional sales environment, particularly in technology, banking, and financial services areas.
  • Proven experience with B2B cold calls, securing accounts, and account management, with a strong track record of exceeding personal goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ATS knowledge and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
