About the Role- The key task is to lead monthly one-on-one sessions, document goal setting, quarterly conversations, rating discussions, and remuneration planning for team members.
- This role entails guiding conversations for the accounts receivable team with country-based managers and stakeholders, ensuring timely updates on new business activities.
- Adherence to accounts receivable policies, accuracy of accounting processed, resolving team queries, decision making, and prioritization are essential responsibilities.
- Maintaining minimal unallocated items requires constant communication and effective management of internal and external stakeholders.
- Standardization, documentation, value stream mapping, delivering organic growth through lean and continuous improvement are necessary skills.
- Data management, KPI reporting, providing accurate and timely team process data are required tasks.
- A commerce graduate or postgraduate with an MBA in finance is required.
- A minimum of 9 years of experience working in shared services, captive units, MNCs, with at least 3 years in a people role for a team of 5-10 headcount is necessary.
- Sound accounting and domain knowledge with mentioned experience in accounts receivable are required.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work methodically and efficiently under tight deadlines, comfortable working as an individual contributor and team handler are essential traits.
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills, proficient in office tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, including advanced Excel functionalities, are necessary.
- Experience working in US-EMEA shift, familiarity with PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, Zendesk will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Lean awareness, continuous improvement, and RPA is beneficial.
