Experienced Leader in Digital VKYC & Inbound Operations | Driving Compliance, Efficiency & Performance in Fintech A MobiKwik VKYC Team Lead is responsible for managing and leading a team focused on digital VKYC (Video Know Your Customer) processes within the fintech company, MobiKwik. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, implementing operational efficiencies, and driving the team's performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Manage and motivate a team, providing direction, coaching, and mentorship.

VKYC Operations: Oversee the team's VKYC procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and operational efficiencies.

Data Analysis: Analyse data to forecast trends, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.

Collaboration: Work with other teams, including product and business development, to improve the member onboarding experience.

Goal Setting & KPI Management: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and progress.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Skills and Experience:

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, including two years of experience overseeing inbound operations with strong knowledge of related KRAs and KPIs.

VKYC Expertise: Strong knowledge of VKYC processes, regulations, and best practices, particularly within the financial services sector.

Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with strong Excel skills.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve complex problems creatively and handle ambiguous situations.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Technical Skills: Comfortable with technology and digital tools, and adaptable to change.
