Job Title: Lead - Paid Media

Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven individual to join our Paid Media department as a Lead. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in managing Paid Media campaigns across various platforms and industries. As the Lead - Paid Media, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's digital marketing strategy and achieving our business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Lead a team of Paid Media specialists to maximize campaign performance and ROI
  • Analyze campaign data and provide insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in Paid Media with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of Paid Media specialists
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
