Role Overview:

We are looking for a performance-driven
Paid Media Executive

to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing paid campaigns with a strong focus on KPIs, ROAS, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy setup
  • Write and test compelling ad copy in coordination with the creative team
  • Monitor daily budgets, performance metrics, and pacing to ensure smooth delivery
  • Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS based on objectives
  • Set up conversion tracking using GTM, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.
  • Coordinate with designers and account managers for timely delivery of assets
  • Share weekly and mid-month performance reports with insights and next steps
  • Stay updated on platform policy changes, industry benchmarks, and trends
  • Contribute to performance reviews and strategy meetings with internal and client team

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in working on Excel and performance dashboards
  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently
