Tele-Sales Team Leader
    We are seeking a seasoned Tele-sales Team Leader to spearhead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
    As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating your team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
    Your primary objective will be to drive outbound calling efforts, generate leads, schedule site visits, and close deals. You will also monitor performance, set clear KPIs, and coach team members to success.
    A minimum of 5+ years of tele-sales or inside sales team management experience with a proven track record of delivering results is essential for this role.
    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, coaching, and negotiation skills. They must be comfortable working six days a week from our Gurgaon office and have real estate experience/knowledge as an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
   
  • Minimum 5+ years of tele-sales/inside sales team management experience (20+ members)
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working 6 days a week from our Gurgaon office
  • Real Estate Experience/knowledge is an added advantage
