Job Summary:
We're looking for a rockstar Manager - Inside Sales to take our growth to the next level. If you're someone who thrives on building high-performing sales teams and driving meaningful business impact - we want to hear from you
\What You'll Do
- Lead, inspire, and grow a team of Inside Sales Representatives and Team Leads to consistently crush sales targets.
- Own the lead conversion funnel - turning inbound interest into loyal customers.
- Design and execute short- and long-term sales strategies that directly impact our bottom line.
- Be the coach your team looks up to - holding 1:1s, driving performance reviews, and helping them level up.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to align sales goals with company vision.
- Bring data to life - track metrics, identify trends, and steer the ship using real-time insights.
- Stay ahead of the curve on market trends, tech solutions, and the ever-evolving sales landscape.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports, offering strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in Inside Sales and Account Management.
- Hands-on expertise in the end-to-end sales cycle - from prospecting to closing.
- Strong background managing inbound sales or outbound sales teams.
- Proven success in hitting and exceeding sales goals.
- Solid knowledge of IT products/services - especially SaaS.
- Familiarity with CRMs, sales analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
- High energy, highly accountable, and deeply customer-focused.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
