Senior Software Engineer Position

As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance data processing backend applications using .NET Core. The ideal candidate will have experience working with established processes, ensuring adherence to best coding practices, and identifying opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, implement, and maintain middle-layer services application based on .NET Core framework.
  • Ensure adherence of best coding practices for high-performance data processing backend application.
  • Identify production and non-production application issues and assist the team in finding optimal solutions.
  • Provide technical support and consultation for .NET Core backend application and deployment related queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with C# programming language.
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with SQL Server (2012 or 2014) and knowledge of writing high-performance SQL queries.
  • Experience with message queueing systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka is preferable.
  • Knowledge of distributed cache management using Redis Cache or MemCached is desirable.
Preferred Skills:
  • Developing high-performance, scalable middle-layer applications based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) or Microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology.
  • Source code management using Development, QA, and Production environments.
  • Unit testing using frameworks like NUnit.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Master's degree in Computer Applications with 4 years of full-time experience in .NET enterprise application development.
  • Should have been involved in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET Core based Middle Tier applications throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
